Explore the North of Vietnam in 11 days

DAY 1: HA NOI ARRIVAL

Car and guide pick you up at the airport then transfer to the hotel to check in for starting North Vietnam tour in 11 days. The rest of the day can be spent at leisure. Stay overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 2: HA NOI – MAI CHAU (B, L)

In the morning, after breakfast, drive to Mai Chau, visit local village on the way. Arrive in Mai Chau, visit Lac village and Pom Coong village, observe ethnic people, local market. Stay overnight at home stay in Mai Chau valley.

DAY 3: MAI CHAU – SON LA (B)

We get up early, cycling around Mai Chau valley. Back to home stay, have a breakfast, check out.

It takes about 4 hours to get to Son La. Arrive in Son La, check in the hotel. Stay overnight in Son La.

DAY 4: SON LA – DIEN BIEN PHU (B)

In the morning, visit Son La Museum & Old French War Prison. Afternoon scenic drive to Dien Bien Phu city via Pha Din pass. Stay overnight in Dien Bien Phu.

DAY 5: DIEN BIEN – LAI CHAU (B)

In the morning, visit Dien Bien Museum, French war battlefield, Dien Bien Phu. Afternoon drive to Lai Chau. Stay overnight in Lai Chau.

DAY 6: LAI CHAU – SAPA (B)

Full day sightseeing drive from Lai Chau to Sapa. On the way, visit Northern hill tribes such as H’Mong, Black Thai, Black Dzao… Arrive in Sapa at afternoon, check in hotel, free leisure. Stay overnight in Sapa.

DAY 7: SAPA – LOCAL VILLAGE TREKKING (B, L)

In the morning, take a trekking Lao Chai and Ta Van villge. Afternoon, light trek to Cat Cat village. Stay overnight in Sapa.

DAY 8: SAPA – MU CANG CHAI – NGHIA LO (B)

In the morning, drive to Nghia Lo. On the way, visit local village, take pictures. Stopover in Mu Cang Chai. Afternoon, direct to Nghia Lo. Stay overnight in Nghia Lo.

DAY 9: NGHIA LO – HA NOI (B)

In the early morning, have a light trekking for sightseeing local rice fields (Muong Lo rice field). Check out your hotel and drive back to Ha Noi. Stay overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 10: HA NOI FULL DAY CITY TOUR (B)

In the morning: Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh president’s complex, One Pillar Pagoda, Presidential palace;West Lake, visitTran Quoc Pagoda. Light lunch of Vietnamese “Pho“noodle soup.

In the afternoon: Hoa Lo prison (“Ha Noi Hilton”), walking tour of old quarter, special coffee stop, Ngoc Son Temple.

In the evening: Water Puppet Show.

Stay overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 11: HA NOI – DEPARTURE (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for flight to your home or next destination. Finish Northern Vietnam Tour in 11 days. End of our services in Vietnam.
